In just few months year 2020 will be 2 years and a year which most people would like to forget. As COVID-19 upended world travel on 2020 and new pandemic rules and regulations implemented by airlines. One thing has not changed, Qatar Airways is once again the best airlines in 2021. The rankings are based on 13 million customer survey responses by judging 356 airlines on different criteria: Online Booking, Check-in Process, Airline staff friendliness, seat comfort and in-flight meals and entertainment quality.

Delta Air Lines won the best North American airline , whereas Japan Airlines ranked as the best economy class. Once again, Malaysia’s Air Asia won the best low – cost airline. Qatar Airways scored most of their points from business travelers, topping all other airlines in business class-related categories like best seat, best airline lounge and best onboard catering. Travelers rated the airline third for in-flight entertainment, behind Emirates and Singapore Airlines, and fourth in airline cabin cleanliness.
